Zumba

Aerobics: is a dynamic group fitness training with rhythmic movements to motivating music. The basic elements are mainly (aerobic) endurance and coordination. The exercises put together in a choreography and presented by an aerobics trainer are a mixture of classical gymnastics and dance.

Step aerobics: aerobics with the help of a platform on which the exercises are performed

Zumba: is a dance fitness program inspired by Latin American dances. Zumba contains dance and aerobic elements. Unusually for dances, Zumba doesn't work by counting bars, but by following the music, with repetitive movements. The Zumba choreography combines hip hop, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo, martial arts and some Bollywood and belly dance moves. Classic group fitness elements such as the squat and the lunge are also performed.

Karate: is a martial arts whose origins go back to around 500 years AD. reach back. Chinese monks, who were not allowed to carry weapons, developed a special martial art for self-defense from gymnastic exercises. This martial art was also considered a way of self-discovery and self-awareness. As a sport, karate is relatively young: It was not until the beginning of this century that traditional martial arts became a martial art with its own set of rules in Japan.

Kickboxing: Developed from various martial arts in the USA in the mid-1960s. The upper body techniques are identical to traditional boxing. However, foot techniques have now been added to the fist techniques that have been adopted and modified from Asian martial arts such as Thai boxing, Kung Fu or Tae Kwon Do
